I always assumed it was referring to the other plot, about the kid who got forcibly conscripted into service with the SK Army. This was the price kids had to pay when their country went to war.

But what does the title mean!?! "The Price" of being a man? That seems kind of hokey to me...

It could also refer to Klinger's bribery subplot.
