    My guess is the one where he unties Charles' pants in the OR? That's the first one I thought of.

    I agree with Russell; it's "Bottom's Up" from Season 9. Hawkeye's jokes on Charles go awry as a result of BJ tinkering with them for his amusement. In retaliation, Hawkeye and Charles put BJ in the nurses' tent naked.
